We are seeking an experienced and hardworking Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly team.
What does the job role involve?
The role includes but is not limited to:
* Ensuring C.O.S.H.H. requirements are met at all times.
* Washing up with respect for all equipment.
* Thoroughly disinfecting kitchen floor and work surfaces daily.
* Adhering to the dishwasher cleaning schedule.
* Setting up and maintaining the tea trolley throughout the day.
* Wiping all bedroom tables thoroughly when collecting food trays, where applicable.
* Regularly emptying bins and disposing of waste bags.
* Laying tables in the dining room.
* Preparing and delivering trays of hot or cold drinks with biscuits to visitors/relatives as required.
* Performing any other ad hoc duties within the role.
What makes a successful candidate:
* Previous kitchen assistant experience.
* Ability to work well as part of a team and independently, showing creativity and passion.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to follow and prioritize tasks and responsibilities.

* 22 or 44 hours per week.
* Pay rate: £12.21 per hour.
