Academics Education Agency are currently recruiting CACHE Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistants to work across a range of early years settings in Brighton.
We are seeking confident, knowledgeable practitioners who can support high-quality early years provision and contribute to children's development.
Requirements:
* CACHE Level 3 Early Years Qualification (or equivalent)
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
* Minimum of 2 years' checkable references
* At least 6 months' experience working in nursery or early years settings
* Strong understanding of EYFS framework
Role Responsibilities:
* Supporting the planning and delivery of EYFS activities
* Leading or assisting with small group learning
* Observing and recording children's development
* Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
* Supporting key children and building positive relationships
