The team works on a wide range of high‑quality contentious and semi‑contentious matters. This role offers exceptional exposure to complex domestic and international litigation, working alongside recognised experts in a collaborative, supportive environment.
The Role
You’ll assist on a broad caseload including:
* Corporate, commercial, civil and investment fund disputes
* Banking, financial services and trusts litigation
* Fraud, asset tracing and regulatory investigations
* Employment disputes and cross‑border claims
* Domestic court work and matters progressing to the Privy Council
You’ll be involved from early advice through to mediation, trial preparation and advocacy.
About the Team
Their practice is known for handling high‑value disputes for multinational companies, financial institutions, funds, insurers, trust companies, governments and individuals.
Applicants must have a litigation background, whether civil, commercial or broad based dispute resolution, and be circa NQ -2 Yrs post qualified. You will have excellent communication, analytical and organisational skills and be enthusiastic, proactive and keen to develop in a fast‑paced practice.
