Working for an independent body set up by the Welshernment who liaises with the public regarding their experiences of Health and Social Care across Wales.
Your new role
1. Engagement: Confidently interact with people face-to-face when out engaging.
2. Be the first point of contact for iing emails: Confidently use Outlook and manage multiple mailboxes.
3. Confidently handle calls from the public regarding enquiries and concerns.
4. Handle challenging calls: Confidently manage difficult callers.
5. Use Microsoft Word and Excel: Confidently use MS packages.
6. Data entry and management using CRM systems.
What you'll need to succeed
7. Strong interpersonal andmunication skills, with confidence in engaging with the public
8. Experience of working in a customer-facing role
9. Administrative experience
10. Must pass DBS check
What you'll get in return
11. £ per hour
12. Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm ( hours)
13. Primarily office-based, with the flexibility to work remotely when required
14. Good public transport links and parking
15. 3 months temp with possible extension
16. DBS check covered by agency
