You will be supporting 4 people based in Aldershot, with Learning Disabilities, Autism and complex needs About the Role: As a Waking Night Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the person we support. You'll provide personalised support, offer companionship, and be there to assist with any needs that arise during the night. Responsibilities: 1:1 Support: Provide attentive support which is tailored to their unique needs. Safety and Security: Ensure a safe and secure environment throughout the night. Communication: Maintain open communication with the person we support and his family, providing updates as needed. Assistance: Support with tasks such as personal care, medication management, and any other support required.
