Salary:£40000 - £45000 pa depending on experience
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house operations. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily service, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring that every guest experiences the exceptional standards SILVA is known for.The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to inspire and lead a team to deliver outstanding service.?
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the front-of-house team, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
* Coordinate daily operations, including staff scheduling, reservations, and guest relations.
* Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service and quality control.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed.
* Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards.
* Assist in staff recruitment, training, and development to maintain a motivated and skilled team.
* Contribute to marketing and promotional activities to enhance the restaurant's presence.?
Qualifications & Skills:
* Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within a high-end dining environment.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house coordination.
* Familiarity with reservation and POS systems.
* A passion for Mediterranean cuisine and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest.
* Wine Knowledge a plus.
