We are seeking to appoint an additional HLTA to support learning and provide cover for some classes across school. I am incredibly proud to be part of such a dedicated and caring team, the All Saints family, for the last ten years.” The successful candidate will: • Have good subject knowledge and skills to support learning across school. • Experience of covering lessons and also working alongside class teachers to deliver lessons. • Demonstrate a willingness to develop professionally. • Have a good understanding of how to adapt planned learning to effectively support pupil progress. • Have a commitment to working as part of a team and sharing good practice. • Have a positive outlook, energy and good communication skills. • Be committed to establishing a positive school experience and providing our pupils with effective, purposeful feedback, guidance and care.
