Insight Global is looking for a Junior Project Coordinator to join their leading cruise line clients! The chosen candidate will be responsible in taking ownership of a portfolio of smaller, well‑defined projects while providing operational support to the wider team.
This will be a 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35), with the potential to extend onwards or convert to a full-time position. You will be expected to follow a hybrid schedule attending the office in Southampton.
Targeting the following skillsets:
* Experience in project coordination, PMO support, or similar operational/administrative roles.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to priorities multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under pressure.
* Ability to manage competing priorities and coordinate across multiple workstreams.
* Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned activities.
* Experience supporting stakeholders across different regions or time zones.
* Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Teams, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
* Ability to quickly learn project management tools such as Azure DevOps (training can be provided).
* Comfortable presenting updates or maintaining dashboards for leadership
