Job Details Working as part of a Fife-wide team, the Justice Worker role in the Early Intervention Service will supervise and support individuals who are subject to bail supervision or who have been diverted from prosecution as part of the national diversion from prosecution scheme. The work will be both community and office based and candidates should be able to travel and attend office locations in Fife as required. The role also requires applicants to work in Fife Courts offering a service to the Courts and individuals appearing from custody. The Person Applicants are expected to have experience in a relevant setting where they have experience of supporting or supervising individuals ages 16. Knowledge of practice models, values, ethics and standards and how these apply to practice in supporting people in the community will be required. Applicants should be able to demonstrate the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary setting, with the evidence of joint working and information sharing to reduce the risk and improve the lives of individuals they have worked with. The ability to problem solve and report concerns and risk should also be evidenced as is the ability to provide assessments and write clear and concise reports for the Court.
