We’re working with a respected main contractor in Oxfordshire renowned for delivering exceptional high-end residential and heritage refurbishment projects for private clients. As the company continues to grow, they are now looking to appoint a capable and confident Administrator to support their close-knit team and help keep operations running smoothly.
The Role:
As Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting both site and management teams. This is a varied role that requires excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

General office administration and coordination
*
Supporting directors and project teams with document control and filing
*
Managing incoming correspondence and handling enquiries
*
Assisting with project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
*
Updating spreadsheets, databases, and systems
*
Organising diaries, meetings, and appointments
*
Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients when required
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in an administrative role (construction experience a bonus, but not essential)
*
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*
A proactive, “can-do” attitude with excellent communication skills
*
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
*
Willingness to learn and grow with the business
