The main purpose of the Resident Advisor is: To break the cycle of homelessness and support people towards independent living Provide support that positively impacts our residents health and wellbeing Support the realisation of our residents hopes and aspirations Working a rolling shift pattern of: Week 1 08:00 – 16:00 Week 2 12:00 – 20:00 Working 1 weekend a month Saturday and Sunday 08:00 – 20:00 with the Friday, Monday and Tuesday being a non-working day.
