Our mission is simple: give men the tools to look more attractive, masculine, and defined. We’re now looking for a full-time Video Editor (40 hours/week) who can turn raw footage into powerful ad creatives that drive results and help shape the brand from the ground up. Tasks Your Responsibilities ✅ Edit high-converting video ads for Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Google ✅ Bring creative briefs to life with fast, impactful edits that match strong hooks and clear angles ✅ Collaborate with the CEO to produce high-performing ads ✅ Contribute ideas during brainstorming and help develop new ad concepts ✅ Stay updated on trends, meme culture, and winning ad formats ✅ Organize video assets, templates, and versions for efficient workflows ✅ Continuously improve creatives based on performance data and feedback Requirements What We’re Looking For ✔️ Performance-Driven Editing – You understand what captures attention and drives conversions ✔️ DTC E-commerce Experience – You’ve worked with brands selling physical products (supplements/beauty = a plus) ✔️ Fast Turnaround – You can deliver quickly without compromising quality ✔️ Strong Visual Taste – Clean, modern, and masculine aesthetic ✔️ Independent & Collaborative – You take feedback well but can also execute on your own ✔️ Detail-Oriented – Organized workflow and reliable delivery Mandatory Requirement Candidates must be able to deliver 5–10 creatives per week, including short-form ads and longer VSLs (2–3 minutes) Benefits Why Join Verteks?
