Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead and coordinate daily warehouse operations in a fast-moving, project-based environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing people, keeping operations running smoothly, and getting involved on the warehouse floor.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, organise and oversee all warehouse activities
* Lead, motivate and allocate work to warehouse staff
* Manage stock control, goods in/out and inventory accuracy
* Ensure high standards of health & safety, security and housekeeping
* Prepare equipment in collaboration with operational teams
* Communicate resource or scheduling issues to management
* Identify and implement improvements to warehouse efficiency
