About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced, detail-led Head of Creative to lead our in-house creative team and studio. This role is pivotal in bringing our new brand direction to life across all channels, ensuring high-quality, impactful content that reflects our evolving aesthetic.
Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be responsible for the development and execution of all brand campaigns and creative assets, from art direction and storytelling to studio operations and people management. You’ll oversee a team of five, working cross-functionally with marketing, e-commerce, visual merchandising, and product teams to ensure consistency and excellence in creative output.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead seasonal campaign development and execution — including lookbooks, shoot planning, film storyboarding, and detailed shot lists.
* Deliver end-to-end 360° campaign assets across digital, print, social, and in-store.
* Create and maintain art direction decks and design toolkits to ensure visual consistency.
* Guide the graphics team by setting up key Adobe templates aligned to brand standards.
* Collaborate with VM on seasonal window installations, store events, and retail campaign rollouts.
* Support Press and PR teams with creative direction for press days, events, and influencer activations.
* Oversee creative execution and asset production timelines, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
* Act as the creative point of contact for photo shoots, managing relationships with photographers, stylists, and production teams.
* Lead, coach, and inspire the in-house creative team across graphic design, social, and studio operations.
* Provide day-to-day guidance, feedback, and mentoring, encouraging a high standard of design excellence.
* Set up and streamline internal workflows, ensuring the creative process is efficient, collaborative, and well-documented.
* Manage performance, learning, and development across the creative team.
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders across departments to align creative direction with commercial objectives.
* Manage the creative budget, including tracking spend and resource allocation.
* Co-develop the overarching creative strategy alongside the Creative Director.
* Act as brand guardian across the business, ensuring all touchpoints reflect a cohesive, premium brand image.
* Build and own the monthly and seasonal creative calendar in partnership with marketing.
* Translate the brand vision across web, social, and paid channels, working with the social media manager and digital teams.
* Collaborate with UX designers and developers to ensure the brand is represented consistently across digital platforms.
* Contribute to long-term brand growth through data-informed insights and audience-focused storytelling.
* Partner with external media agencies and internal functions to measure and elevate brand health, footfall, and engagement.
About You
* 6+ years’ experience in a premium or luxury fashion brand, with at least 4 years leading and managing an in-house creative team or studio.
* Strong background in art direction, content development, and multi-platform campaigns.
* Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Mac operating systems.
* Proven leadership and team development skills.
* A confident communicator with experience working cross-functionally and managing external creative partners.
* Commercially minded with a strong understanding of brand strategy and storytelling.
* Experience on busy shoot sets (location & studio), working with stylists, photographers, and production teams.
* A natural leader, passionate about building creative culture and process.
* Travel for shoots (domestic and international) and flexibility to work outside normal office hours is required.
