About the Role
An established and expanding Managed Service Provider (MSP) is looking for an Operations Manager to become the backbone of their internal operations. This is a hands-on role where you will oversee business processes, streamline workflows, and make sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly.
From billing and vendor management to project tracking and supporting the leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the company continues to deliver high-quality IT services including helpdesk, network administration, Microsoft 365/Google Workspace, cybersecurity, and more to small businesses across the region.

What You Will Be Doing
* Take ownership of all billing functions (monthly recurring, hourly, and project-based)
* Manage procurement, contracts, and vendor/client records
* Keep projects on track by supporting scheduling and established workflows
* Work with tools such as Autotask PSA, Datto RMM, QuickBooks Desktop, and ConnectBooster
* Partner with the accounting team on financial reporting and reconciliation
* Support technical staff by coordinating tasks and minimizing escalations
* Provide leadership with reports, metrics, and meeting preparation
* Ensure internal communication flows smoothly across the team and with clients
What We Are Looking For
* 3–5+ years of operational or administrative experience within an MSP
* Proficiency with common MSP platforms (Autotask, ConnectWise, Datto, QuickBooks, etc.)
* Detail-oriented, highly organized, and process-driven
* Strong communicator, both written and verbal, with a professional presence
* Comfortable collaborating with both technical teams and executive leadership
* Able to adapt and excel in a small-business, team-focused culture
