Domus Recruitment is seeking a Registered Manager for a growing provider of care services for adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs, based in Worthing. The successful candidate will oversee a cluster of Supported Living services rated GOOD by CQC.
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager or a current Service Manager seeking career progression. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and working with PBS teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and supervise staff, fostering their potential through leadership, coaching, and support.
2. Manage budgets effectively.
3. Ensure compliance with all CQC regulations and improve care standards where necessary.
4. Maintain high care standards and manage staff efficiently.
Requirements
1. NVQ Level 5 or equivalent, or willingness to work towards it.
2. Strong knowledge of CQC, Health and Safety, and Local Authority requirements.
3. Experience managing Residential or Supported Living services for adults with Learning Disabilities.
4. Proven experience in staff recruitment and managing occupancy rates.
5. Experience managing a large staff team.
