Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service to customers? We're seeking a skilled IT Field Service Engineer to join our team in Chesterfield.
Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of ICT & AV equipment at client sites through preventative maintenance, repairs, and expert support. The role will predominantly involve working with our education partners, so familiarity with schools and an interest in technology in education are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct preventative maintenance visits and repairs on ICT & AV equipment at client sites
* Install and monitor classroom equipment, maintain maintenance schedules, warranty logs, and repair arrangements
* Perform licensing checks as per service level agreements
* Provide support and training to clients and pupils on-site
* Coordinate with third-party suppliers and support complex client issues
* Assist with product demonstrations and training on hardware and software
* Manage backups, security measures, and internet protection protocols
* Perform scheduled maintenance and fault finding on audiovisual equipment
* Manage server and network operations, including cabling and decommissioning
Skills and Experience:
* Proficiency in Windows Server (2012-2022), MS Office, and O365
* Experience with Windows OS, Network Security Technologies
* Knowledge of Hyper V / VMware, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP
* Experience with WSUS, MDT/WDS, Antivirus
* Knowledge of routers, switches, iPad deployment, Apple Network Configuration
* Ability to diagnose and repair failures on-site
