Job summary Our Care Support Workers (CSW) play a vital role indelivering high quality person centred care to our patients. Patients who are being looked after on our wards need care24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This means most of our posts will have shift patternsthat cover days, nights bank holidays and weekends. You will also work alongside otherhealthcare professionals and support workers to provide a positive experienceto our patients and their relatives at times of need.
