Job overview

We’re looking for a capable, proactive and innovative Community Business Manager to support the Community Nursing Teams in Conwy & Denbighshire.

You’ll be responsible for providing operational and performance management support to the service, ensuring that the CIVICA scheduling system is populated with accurate data, generating reports, identifying areas of development and improvement and ensuring timely reporting to the Health Board and Welsh Government.

Main duties of the job

Your responsibilities will include the health and safety of staff bases and developing business cases for equipment and services. You will also participate in the delivery of service change, leading on specific project areas. To succeed you will have excellent inter-personal skills, be able to analyse, review and present data and information, be flexible and have experience in operational management.

You’ll work directly with our Head of Nursing and Community Matrons for Conwy, Denbighshire, Primary Care and Continence Services. You will also work closely with Community Resource Team Leaders and Cluster Co-ordinators, promoting and enabling service integration.

This is a rewarding role with real scope to make a difference - supporting improvement and innovation and helping to deliver better health and wellbeing outcomes for the people and communities we serve.

If this sounds like your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you, so please get in touch for an informal discussion.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Please check your email account regularly. Successful applicants will receive all recruitment related correspondence via the email account registered on the application form.
