6AM - 6PM / 6PM - 6AM - ROTATING WEEKLY
£13.95 PER HOUR
People Solutions are currently recruiting for an FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our well-established client based in WORCESTER.

Day to Day Duties
As an FLT Counterbalance Truck Driver your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Driving/Operating a Counterbalance Truck safely and efficiently
* Conducting inspections of the Truck and reporting any faults to management
* Receiving goods into the warehouse
* Stowing pallets
* Adhering to health and safety at all times
* Check the quantity and quality (visual) of the incoming and outgoing goods
* Receive and unpack incoming goods
* Organise stock for deliveries
* Move goods around the Warehouse as an when required
* Sorting various types of medical, clinical, and pharmaceutical waste and preparing these to be processed accordingly, most of which is incinerated on site
* Loading various recycling bins via the Truck
* Processing various types of refuse as per requirements
* Organise waste areas and place bins in correct areas
Essential Skills
As an FLT Counterbalance Truck Driver, you will need the following:
* A valid Counterbalance Licence - external or internal
* Experience driving/operating a Counterbalance Truck
* Good communication skills and the ability to multi-task
* Good spatial awareness
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Organisational skills
* Reliability
* Self-motivated
* Flexible and willing take on a variety of tasks
* Team Player
Desirable Experience
* Working with medical, clinical and pharmaceutical waste
Training
* Full training on company policies and procedures will be provided by the client
