An excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and forward-thinking law firm based in Hull as a Legal Secretary.
THE ROLE:
You will provide hands-on administrative and secretarial support to the Employment Law team.
Duties will include:
1. Typing documents, reports, and correspondence.
2. Dealing with telephone queries.
3. Diary management.
4. Supporting fee earners with all associated administration where required.
5. Ad hoc support to other departments where required.
THE CANDIDATE:
1. Employment law experience is desirable.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Excellent phone manner.
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
6. Ability to work as part of a team.
7. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
SALARY:
£23,000 - £25,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience).
