What You’ll Be Doing
14. Carrying out structural and cosmetic panel repairs on a variety of vehicles
15. Replacing, repairing, and aligning panels to manufacturer specifications
16. Using the latest repair methods, tools, and equipment to ensure top-quality workmanship
17. Meeting productivity and quality targets while maintaining safety standards
18. Supporting your team and contributing to a positive, professional workshop culture
What We’re Looking For
19. Proven experience as a Panel Technician in a bodyshop or accident repair environment
20. Proficiency in MIG/MAG welding and panel repair techniques
21. ATA accreditation or equivalent is desirable
22. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
23. A team player with a strong work ethic and accountability
