Our client is looking for a Financial Administrator to assist Independent Financial Advisers in their practice. This position allows hybrid working, from their office based in Kingston upon Thames. Make changes to clients’ investments, agreed between the Financial Planner and client
• Prepare client valuations, available cash reports and fund comparisons reports for analysis by Financial Planner
• Attend client review meetings with Financial Planner, if required, to build a connection with clients and support financial planner during the meeting
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a financial administration role
• Able to work within defined business processes and achieve agreed outcomes without supervision
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and plan own workload without direct supervision
• Good IT, administration and office skills
• Knowledge of financial services products and planning solutions
• Willingness to study for CII Diploma qualification, or equivalent, should they wish to become a Paraplanner or Financial Planner
