Key Responsibilities
* Manage payroll for a diverse client portfolio, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
* Prepare and submit payroll records and documentation, including real-time information and payment summaries
* Provide technical support on payroll legislation and HMRC practices
* Liaise with clients, HMRC, and internal departments
* Research payroll matters to stay updated and resolve queries
* Support and mentor junior team members
* Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
Candidate Profile
* Experience in payroll within a practice environment
* Knowledge of payroll legislation, HMRC practices, and guidelines
* Relevant payroll qualification or equivalent experience
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and resolve payroll issues
