A large public sector organisation based in Lisburn are looking for a part time HR & OD coordinator to join their large HR team. Working mainly within the Recruitment team, this is a great opportunity to gain more experience in HR whilst working in a supportive team.
About you
1. 5 GCSE passes at grade A - C, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
2. Threeyears' experience in AdministrationMaintaining a computerised system
3. A working knowledge of computerised Human Resource Information Systems
What you'll do
4. Provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative support service across the recruitment team.
5. Be responsible for maintaining the documents and records management system for the recruitment team.
6. Be responsible for the administration of HR & OD invoices to include raising purchase orders, coding and payment in accordance with agreed timescales and procedures.
7. Provide support and advice to line managers in relation to the implementation of Human Resources related policies and procedures.
8. Carry out on-the-job training with end users on Information Systems and provide delivery of training on aspects of Induction.
