Job Description
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of students with additional needs? Simply Education is seeking outstanding Teaching Assistants to join our team in Staffordshire. Multiple roles are available across our primary and secondary SEN provisions. Prior personal or professional experience with special needs is desirable but not essential for the role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Provide support to students with additional needs in both primary and secondary settings.
2. Build strong rapport with students to enhance their confidence and motivation.
3. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages resilience and growth.
4. Collaborate with teaching staff to implement effective strategies for student success.
Key Requirements
1. Level 1, 2, or 3 in childcare or Teaching Assistant qualifications.
2. A sense of humour, initiative, and a proactive approach to the role.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities.
4. Genuine passion for working with students with additional needs.
5. Ability to inspire students to overcome challenges and embrace learning.
