In this role, you will focus on winning new business across Worcestershire, building and maintaining a portfolio of clients, and uncovering sales opportunities while nurturing lasting relationships. You will be tasked with generating leads, converting prospects, and managing your own book of business. We are looking for candidates with a successful history in business development within an insurance broker who can contribute to measurable growth. Commercial insurance knowledge is essential, and while the emphasis is on standard commercial lines, specialists are encouraged. Commission structures are flexible, and part ownership of your book may be available.
