Job Overview:
* Due to expansion we are seeking an Credit Controller to join our Treasury team.
* The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing debts and ensuring timely payments from tenants.
* This role will offer the possibility of hybrid working after successful completion of probation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Chasing outstanding debts
* Liaising with surveyors and negotiating with debtors
* Resolving discrepancies
* Updating financial records
* Client reporting
Key Requirements:
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel
* Strong credit control skills with excellent phone etiquette
* Ability to analyse financial information
* Familiarity with accounting software
* Experience in accounts payable is advantageous
* Credit Control: 1 year (essential)
