A well-established, family-owned UK manufacturing business is seeking a Sustainability & ESG Manager to take ownership of its sustainability, carbon and ESG agenda. This is a hands-on, end-to-end role with genuine influence — ideal for someone who wants to move beyond reporting and play a central role in shaping how a business measures, reduces and communicates its environmental impact. The organisation operates in the energy and infrastructure space, designing and manufacturing products that actively reduce energy loss and carbon emissions worldwide. The Role Reporting into the Head of Marketing & Sustainability, the Sustainability & ESG Manager will be responsible for developing, delivering and continuously improving the company’s sustainability strategy across operations, products and the wider supply chain. This role combines strategy, data, reporting and stakeholder engagement, with visibility across the business and external partners.
