TEMPORARY TO PERMANENT POSITION!! Our client a clothing manufacturer, based in Ludlow, requires a Trainee operator. Long term opportunities and the role offers the possibility of a permanent position following a successful trial period. Overtime available.
Responsibilities of the Trainee Operator
* You will be trained on all embroidery machinery and shown how to embroider products to a high standard.
* You must be neat and demonstrate dexterity at all times.
* You will be required to package items into boxes, ready for dispatch ensuring items are labelled correctly.
* Ensuring the immediate work environment is clean and tidy.
Requirements of the Trainee Operator
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Must have high attention to detail and dexterity, ensuring items are produced efficiently to the highest standard before packaging.
* Focused, organised and able to follow process carefully.
* · Basic computer literacy (company operates paperless system).
Pay rate & Hours:
This role requires rotational shift work (Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week)
· Week 1 6am - 2pm
* · Week 2 2pm - 10.30pm (finishing on 8pm on Friday)
* £13.50 per hour
