The main roles and responsibilities will be working on PPMs and breakdowns on manufacturing machinery on site. You'll be working in a team of engineers reporting into the engineering manager and shift lead. As a business they are looking to employ cadidates who aspire to develop and progress themselves whether that's skillset development or leadership progression - this will be supported internally with extensive training courses to get employees to the positions they aspire to work in!
