Join our team as a Full-Time Support Worker at Bridge House, Kemsley, Kent. You will be part of a team of 11 carers providing 24-hour support to 5 adults with learning difficulties.
About Bridge House
We assist service users with daily activities to help them lead fulfilling and independent lives. Your support will include tasks such as cooking, cleaning, planning their day, and exploring local amenities and attractions. You will also provide emotional support, helping with relationship matters, future planning, personal budgeting, and job searching.
Qualifications and Experience
No prior experience is required; we value a sincere passion for caring. Training and career advancement opportunities are available. Experience in care, especially with children or adults with learning difficulties, is advantageous. If you lack a Care Certificate, we will arrange certification during induction.
Role Requirements

* Driven and enthusiastic
Shift Details
The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a mix of early and late shifts, some weekends, and bank holidays. This is not an overnight role. Shift times are as follows:
