A luxury jeweler is looking for a store director for their store in Colechester. The retailer is known for their exceptional customer service. The store is home to an array of luxury brands that are known globally. As a store director, you will be responsible for driving sales, achieving KPI’s and maximising sales performance of your store. Other responsibilities include creating a positive work culture that encourages collaboration, growth and development. Coming from a similar environment, you will be an existing store manager with experience in a luxury environment. You will have the confidence to drive change and develop a team. The role is paying up to £45,000 for the right candidate. There is a bonus and benefits package included. You will receive support and development from your regional manager with a thorough induction period.
