What you'll be doing as the Food Safety Manager Own the Food Safety & Quality Management System, ensuring policies, manuals, allergen control and documentation remain current, compliant and audit-ready. Lead and develop site HACCP strategy, driving gold-standard plans, validation of CCPs, multidisciplinary engagement and change management integration. Be the site champion of Food Safety Culture, embedding behaviours, training and engagement that strengthen integrity, awareness, responsibility and ownership at every level. Control compliance to BRCGS and customer COPs, conducting GAP analysis, maintaining audit readiness and actioning improvements with pace and precision.
