An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Warehouse Operative to join a rapidly growing division of a well-established import and distribution business. This role is perfect for someone looking to take full responsibility.
Responsibilities
* Goods In: Receiving and inspecting deliveries, unloading containers
* Stock Handling: Putting stock away, picking, packing, relabelling
* Goods Out: Preparing orders, arranging courier transport, liaising with drivers
* Inventory: Stock takes, PI counts, and basic reporting
* Workshop Tasks: Setting up and operating converting machines
* Admin Tasks: Basic computer use, record keeping, labelling
* Samples: Managing incoming and outgoing samples
* Growth Potential: As the business evolves, so will this role
You'll be working from a shared warehouse with around 6-7 others (from the parent company), but this position is fully dedicated to a fast-growing import and manufacturing project.
Requirements
* A counterbalance or bendi forklift licence is essential.
* A driving licence is desirable but not essential.
