Our support empowers each student to learn and progress at their own pace in a setting designed to help them reach their full potential as they mature into adulthood.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nOversee and maintain high standards of quality in teaching and learning\nParticipate in school development planning and ongoing self-assessment\nOffer professional guidance and support to teaching and support staff\nAdvise the Head of Education on suitable resources and instructional materials\nLead relevant professional development initiatives\nUphold and promote the School's mission and objectives \n\nRequirements\n\nHold PGCE, QTS, or an equivalent teaching qualification, along with evidence of continued professional development.\nSolid understanding of Special Educational Needs, including relevant curricula and individualised learning plans.\nProven ability to collaborate effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.\nExperience in coaching and mentoring Learning Support Assistants, Teaching Assistants, and similar roles.\nStrong capabilities in planning, preparing, documenting, and evaluating student progress.\nPractical experience in supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and those with complex communication or behavioural challenges.\n\nBenefits\n\nCompetitive Pay and Reward\nEmployee Assistance Programme\nUK Health Cash Plan\nThe chance to make a long-lasting difference in the lives of children with additional needs\nRefer a friend and earn £1,000 for every successful placement (*terms apply).
