Customer Service Administrator (6-Month Contract) - 27,000
a&f is looking for a highly capable and committed Customer Service Administrator to support our busy service department through a period of growth and transition. This is a key role at the heart of our operations, ensuring our customers receive excellent support and that our engineering team has what they need to deliver exceptional outcomes.
While this position is initially a 6-month contract, there is genuine potential for it to become permanent depending on performance and business needs.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Providing excellent customer service by phone and email, often as the first point of contact.
* Accurately logging service jobs in SimPRO (our job management system) with strong attention to detail.
* Coordinating with engineers, customers and suppliers to keep jobs moving smoothly.
* Checking engineer worksheets and assisting with invoicing.
* Supporting other departments as needed to ensure a consistently high customer experience.
* Taking ownership of tasks and following them through to completion.

Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm. Occasional flexibility may be required to support the needs of the team.
