A well-established and highly reputable firm has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team, working alongside the Partner in its Oxfordshire‑based office. This role offers long-term career development through a period of growth.
Responsibilities
* Broad caseload of commercial property matters including advising on and drafting commercial leases and licenses, sales, disposals, and management of leasehold and freehold properties.
* Complex leases and HNW matters for clients across a variety of sectors, including the leisure and food industries.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years PQE with another leading law firm.
