What you’ll be doing as Game Producer/Designer:
Reporting directly to the CEO, they are looking for a talented and motivated candidate with tracked success in the Gaming industry. You will be responsible for identifying and defining new game opportunities, as well as driving strategy from concept through live operations. Core duties include overseeing the production process and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and strong project management skills. The Producer will collaborate closely with various teams, including development, design, and marketing, to bring innovative projects to life.
Key responsibilities:
Lead and manage the production of projects from conception through to completion
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines
Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as Jira
Oversee application development processes
Work closely with designers, developers, and QA testers to maintain alignment and resolve roadblocks
Implement creative solutions using tools such as Adobe After Effects for visual content creation
Conduct regular reviews of project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines
Maintain and update project documentation, including game mechanics, development updates, and production notes
Mentor team members and foster a collaborative working environment
Build and maintain strong and effective working relationships with stakeholders.
We’re looking for a Game Producer/Designer with:
Experience as a Game Producer, ideally from a studio designing slots.
Deep knowledge of the game development process from pre-production to live ops.
Proven record of successful ownership of multiple projects from start to finish
Deep understanding of game design, features, mechanics, balancing, and iterations with the ability to critique designs and provide thoughtful feedback
Experience with various development methodologies and their applications (e.g. Agile software development, Lean, Six Sigma, etc)
A strong portfolio showcasing previous projects that demonstrate your production capabilities
Knowledge of game analytics and metrics to optimize live games and user experience
Experience effectively utilizing project and quality tracking software (JIRA or similar)
Very strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly
