Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering learning activities under the guidance of teaching staff
Leading small group sessions and occasional whole-class teaching
Supporting pupils with additional learning needs, including SEN
Assisting with the assessment of pupils' progress
Creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
Providing targeted interventions to support attainment and progress
What we're looking for:
A qualified HLTA with relevant experience in a UK school
Strong classroom management and the confidence to lead lessons
A flexible, proactive, and resilient approach to working in education
A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and wellbeing
