Job Title: Machine Operator/ Production Operative
Location: Redditch
Pay Rate: £11.44 - £12.50
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator with hands-on experience in operating
Key Responsibilities:
1. Safe machine operating ensuring it is running efficiently/safely
2. Lifting up to 20kg
3. Loading and unloading the machines with material
4. Ensure the accuracy of work to meet quality standards
5. Supporting general operation
6. Keeping workplace safe and tidy
7. Production Operatives
Requirements:
Proven experience in machine operation/ production

Proactive, hardworking, and reliable, with an interest in learning machine operations and a commitment to safety.
