As Aftersales Manager, you will lead be responsible for delivering a responsive, efficient, and cost-effective aftersales service that exceeds customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Liaise with customers regarding breakdowns and spare part requirements. Create and maintain recommended spare parts lists for dealers. Maintain an up-to-date customer pricing booklet to ensure accurate and timely quotations. Manage customer relationships and gather feedback on product and service quality. Conduct monthly warranty analysis and report findings to senior management. Investigate warranty claims to identify recurring issues and escalate appropriately. Report non-conformances to the Quality Manager and support continuous improvement initiatives. Identify and approve repair subcontractors, establish SLAs, and coordinate response activities. Compile specifications for fitting kits in collaboration with Engineering and subcontractors. Follow up on supplier issues and manage chargebacks. Candidate Requirements Previous experience in aftersales, warranty, or parts management. Strong customer service and relationship management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
