Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd is seeking multiple permanent Spa Therapists & Massage Therapists to join our client's team in Dorchester, Dorset.

* Spa Therapist pay from £27,600 to £30,000 per annum, with hourly rates of £13.04 to £16.28. Contracts available for 16 to 40 hours per week.
* Massage Therapist pay ranging from £13.04 to £16 per hour. Contracts available for 16 to 32 hours per week.
* A Tuesday to Sunday working week, with patterns including Tue to Sat & Wed to Sun (full time) or Tues, Fri, Sat, and/or Sun (part time, including at least one weekend day).
* 10% commission on product sales. Further details available on request.
* 28 days of annual leave, including bank holidays (pro-rata for part-time employees).

Interested? Our client is looking for candidates who:
* Hold qualifications in Level 3 Beauty Therapy (CIBTAC/CIDESCO accredited), deep tissue massage (certificate sought), and gel nails (certificate sought). Experience in delivering treatments in a spa environment is highly desirable.
* Are qualified Massage Therapists with a Level 2, 3, or 4 Diploma in Sports Massage Therapy, with experience in Swedish, Sports, and Deep Tissue massages. Additional skills in Aromatherapy, Baby, Pregnancy, Thai, Shiatsu, Hot Stone, & Indian Head massage are a plus but not essential.
* Are passionate about delivering luxury spa treatments and excellent guest service.
* Are committed to ongoing training and self-improvement.
* Strive to exceed guest expectations and deliver a world-class experience, with excellent customer service skills.
* Can provide treatments adhering to company and brand standards.
* Maintain a professional appearance and keep treatment rooms clean, reporting maintenance issues promptly.
* Use therapy products and equipment following guidelines.
* Communicate effectively in English, with warmth and professionalism, including recommending products and treatments.
* Are organized, target-driven, multitaskers, and adaptable to guest needs.
* Are IT literate, with basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
