Our client producers of quality engineered thermoplastic products and materials ar seeking an experienced CNC Miller. CNC Miller Role Responsibilities: Programme and set up CNC machines to produce precision parts according to engineering drawings and specifications Select appropriate tools and fixtures for each job Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as necessary to ensure quality and accuracy Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process Maintain a clean and organised work area CNC Miller Requirements/Skills: Previous experience setting and operating CNC Milling machines is essential. Previous experience setting and operating CNC Lathes is desirable, but not essential. Previous experience working with XYZ Prototrak Machine controls would be beneficial. Strong knowledge of tooling and machining techniques. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Basic math skills for calculations and measurements. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate for the CNC miller role will have a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to producing high-quality products.
