We're looking for an Assistant Manager who is as passionate about great service as they are about a perfectly flipped burger. If you've got leadership experience and want to be part of a brand that's actually going places, we want to hear from you.
The Role
This is a part-time position (approx. 25 hours per week) designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment but needs a bit more flexibility in their schedule. You'll be the right hand to the General Manager, ensuring every shift runs like a well-oiled machine.
Your day-to-day will involve:
* Leading the Front: Running shifts with energy and ensuring the team is motivated and on point.
* Quality Control: Making sure every burger that leaves the kitchen meets our high standards.
* Customer Experience: Dealing with queries and ensuring every guest leaves happy (and full).
* Operations: Assisting with stock control, health and safety compliance, and opening/closing procedures.
* Mentorship: Helping to train and develop our crew members to be the best they can be.
What We're Looking For
* Experience: Previous supervisory or management experience in a fast-casual dining or hospitality environment.
* A "Can-Do" Attitude: You're happy to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in during a busy rush.
* Communication: You can talk to anyone—from the kitchen team to the delivery drivers and our regulars.
* Reliability: You're organised, punctual, and someone the team can depend on.
* Passion: You actually care about food quality and hospitality.
