Location: Tankersley, Barnsley, S75 3DZ
Job Type: Full-Time / 5 days over shorter hours considered.

We are a fast-paced, customer-focused label manufacturing company providing high-quality labelling solutions across various industries. Our busy sales office is at the heart of our operations, ensuring orders are processed quickly, accurately, and efficiently.
Job Overview:
We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Order Processing Administrator to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling customer orders from receipt to despatch, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and a high level of customer service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately enter and process customer orders using internal systems
* Liaise with customers to confirm order details, specifications, and lead times
* Work closely with production, despatch, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfilment
* Handle order amendments, returns, and queries professionally and efficiently
* Maintain up-to-date records of all orders and ensure proper documentation
* Monitor stock levels and lead times in coordination with relevant departments
* Provide proactive communication to customers regarding order status and any delays
* Assist with general administrative duties in the sales office as required
Key Skills & Attributes:
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-moving environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Customer service mindset with a problem-solving attitude
* Experience in a manufacturing or sales support environment is desirable
* Knowledge of label printing or packaging industry is a plus
Qualifications & Experience:
* Experience in an administrative, sales support, or order processing role
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred
* High school diploma or equivalent; further qualifications in business admin or related field are a bonus

Job Information
• Holidays – 25 days 3 to be reserved for Christmas due to shut down, plus bank holidays.
• On the job training will be given and the successful applicant will have access to all standard company
