Join to apply for the Fleet Administrator role at AmcoGiffen – based at our Head Offices in Barnsley. A fantastic opportunity to join an established, national engineering contractor as an Administrator supporting a busy fleet department.
Responsibilities
* Support and assist in the planning and administration of servicing, maintenance, MOT and Road Fund Licence schedules for the company’s fleet of vehicles.
* Arrange long and short-term vehicle hire.
* Provide authorisation of vehicle maintenance and processing associated invoices.
* Assist with administration relating to road traffic collisions.
* Keep the company’s vehicle insurance records up to date via the Motor Insurers Database (MID).
* Assist with administration relating to vehicle returns and disposals.
* Plan and arrange for vehicles to be collected and delivered by liaising with transportation suppliers.
* Process vehicle fuel cards and transactions.
* Organise and oversee the electronic driver licence checking facility.
* Maintain the Fleet Management System, ensuring that comprehensive records for all company vehicles are accurately recorded and kept up to date.
Requirements
* Experience in an Administrative role
* Able to organise and prioritise own workload and work autonomously
* IT literate with a working knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
