The Role
Reporting to the Assistant Director of Systems, Performance and Communities, you will lead the development and implementation of community-based prevention strategies that promote independence and wellbeing.
Your Responsibilities
1. Leading the design and delivery of community prevention workstreams.
2. Collaborating with partners across the health and social care system to shape preventative approaches.
3. Managing a team and supporting their development.
4. Monitoring budgets and ensuring effective use of resources.
5. Using data and insights to inform decision making and evaluate impact.
Qualifications and Skills
* A degree or equivalent experience in the field.
* Experience collaborating with health and social care partners, including Public Health.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience managing projects, fostering innovation, and partnership working.
* Ability to manage and develop a team effectively.
