All members are expected to be hands-on and to contribute directly to the company’s mission. You are responsible for hiring outcomes and the quality of how we hire. You will close roles, build pipelines, and ensure hiring moves fast. At the same time, you will identify weak points in our hiring process and fix them - from sourcing strategy to interview quality.
