The Role As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting students both academically and personally. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: ✅ 1:1 Support – Helping individual learners overcome barriers to learning. ✅ Personalised Learning – Adapting resources and strategies to meet diverse needs. ✅ Team Collaboration – Working alongside teachers to deliver engaging and supportive lessons. What We’re Looking For Qualified – You hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (Teaching & Learning, Health & Social Care, or related). Caring & Committed – Patient, proactive, and passionate about making a difference. Compliant – Able to provide references and pass a DBS check.
